Through oral communication, operations and activities will work fluently, and quality service delivery will be enhanced in the center. It involves the use of telephones, cellphones and face timing (Shockley-Zalabak, 2015).


Face to face communication is appropriate to employees with managers and also employees with the clients while in the workplace. It can be used, mostly, when holding meetings related to the new agendas raised by the organization.


Internal and External Relationships Must Be Considered
