The audience for my presentation will be The Walt Disney Company. I chose the organization because I have always admired to secure a job in the giant media company. The company is listed among the biggest and best employers in the United States of America. The purpose of my presentation is to pitch myself to the corporation for employment after completion of studies.

The Walt Disney Company is a US-based mass media and entertainment conglomerate that operates in different countries and headquartered in the Walt Disney Studios in Burbank, California. The company is ranked the second most significant media conglomerate regarding income generation. The company was founded in 1923, and it has evolved from classically animated characteristics and exciting theme park attractions to several services like hottest shows on television, and cutting-edge sports coverage. Everything in the media house has always been magic through the creation of remarkable stories that link their audience across the world. The primary factor for the success and the growth of the corporation is the cutting edge creativity among its employees who are committed to making things better every day. Creativity and innovation is the essential requirement for employment at the organization because they plan always to stay ahead of the game. The Walt Disney Company values their audience more than anything else(Ward 139). Their decisions revolve around fulfilling the desires and expectations of their listeners and viewers. They hire employees based on the ability of an employee to meet and fulfill the expectations of its consumers.
The Importance of Presenting to The Walt Disney Company
As a student in the media and entertainment sector in the Full Sail University of Orlando, I believe that directing my presentation to The Walt Disney Company will offer me a golden chance to prove to them why I might be the suitable person to help the organization achieve its objectives. The path of the company since its start in close to a century ago to present days indicates that innovation and creativity is its central pillar of growth. To show them that my skills resonate with their aspirations, I will have to show the high level of creativity by talking about issues that reflect what the media houses are expected to address. Talking about emerging issues and their relation to media houses will give me room to express my creativity. The organization is coming to my school to identify students that show abilities to help the media conglomerate meet its goals. Since the company focuses mostly on entertainment, I will make sure I present something that will reveal my know-how about how to get the attention of the audience.

The Walt Disney Company is dedicated to staying ahead of the game to retain the position on the market and grow their audience. Despite the innovations and the improvements that have been achieved by the organization, they still do everything humanly possible to ensure that they offer the best for their customers. The crew, cast, employees, imaginers honor the rich legacy of Disney through extending the bounds of imagination to innovate the never-before-seen programs, and bringing unique entertainment experiences to cater for the entertaining needs of its viewers with diverse needs. The desire to have a team that delivers consummate creative skills and content to audiences across the world.
Relevant Skills and Contribution
The knowledge that I have acquired at Full Sail University is relevant to help me solve the needs and problems of Disney media group. One of the critical issues that the organization experiences are lack of employees with skills to convince customers to increase the population of the listeners and viewers of the programs aired by the organization (Dreier 375). The company has been limited to a specific group of audience for long. My skills will enable the organization wins more listeners and viewers. My ability to multitask can help the Walt Disney Company to reduce its expenditure on salaries because I will be able to handle multiple tasks. Since I have a clear understanding of the strengths and weaknesses of the organization, joining it as an employee will inject new blood to make the much-needed improvements. The demonstration of creativity will also help the company to attain its aspirations of continuous improvement through the introduction of new ideas.
After the Presentation
After the presentation, I hope that the Walt Disney Company will recognize my skills and hire me to harness my abilities fully. The exhibition will give them a chance to identify the section that I can fit in properly. Getting employed by the media house is what I have always longed for.
Showcasing the Highest Level of Creativity
Since many people are seeking a similar position in the company, the chances of missing the opportunity are high. I will have to make sure that I prove to be the best out all job applicants. I can only present myself as the most suitable person by giving my best through the presentation(Griffin 102).
Gaining the Attention of The Walt Disney Company
The best strategy to get the attention of the media group is through showing the highest level of creativity. Creativity is the cornerstone of the organization's growth and showing that I am creative will be a sure way of making them notice me. It will also make special among other interested persons.
