The most suitable method of audience researching concerning the meeting that my colleague and I will run is the use of the internet. This is because we can get information written down by the earlier researchers as well as the data in the public records, scholarly journals and trade journals. This will eventually guide us through the process of listing down the talking points. As we source the information from the internet, we will subdivide the audience amongst ourselves so that we ensure no points will be left out on the day of the meeting. For example, I will come up with points concerning a specific group such as investors while my colleague will come up with points concerning another group such as the creditors.
As I produce a report on my company's financial reporting standards for potential investors, the best method to use is getting the correct figures from my accountants who do prepare the financial statements to ensure that the report I will make will reflect a true and fair view of the company's position. A well-prepared report will gain the confidence of the lenders who will, in turn, finance the company.
The most suitable method of audience researching concerning the presentation of my company's new product is the use of the internet. This will enable me to get information about what previous sellers used while launching new products. Also, I can demonstrate to them how successful the product has been with other groups by the use of the survey that I have conducted and prepared in the form of chats and tables.
