Working with Qualitative Data Analysis
Working with data while organizing and dividing it into more manageable pieces is known as qualitative data analysis. Users are in a position to synthesize and look for it in different domains after breaking it down into smaller units. After that, it's critical to summarize what was said and convey it to others in a clear manner. Intense creativity is required for qualitative research because it can be difficult to collect data that is both rational and factual. (Creswell & Poth, 2017). It should be presented in a way that the data presented are examined in a holistic fashion so that is can find a better way of communicating to others to accept the facts and logics presented. According to Patton (2015), there are five critical elements of a practical, problem-focused and solution-oriented qualitative inquiry. It is inherent to look at the elements in a synthesized way relating them to the management within the health care faculty.
Importance of Academic Research in Health Facilities
In the health facility, it is important to take a good academic research aimed at yielding good result towards the improvement of the institution. The research will help in ensuring the new trends and emerging issues within the health faculty is captured for the progress of the institution (Padgett, 2016). Another issue worth pointing out is working with people who can bring change. Change is paramount within the current world since things keep on changing day by day. Therefore, it is important to know who these people are, the changes they can generate to the organization whether negative or positive.
Elements of Effective Health Sector Management
The third element is the ability to face problems, manage them, and give convincing feedback at the appropriate time. Health sector management is very sensitive and requires intellects who can offer solutions to problems without harming the patients and anyone around them. It is also important to work with interested parties who are ready to engage themselves towards the betterment of the organization. The users should be ready to give meaningful and relevant responses that are beneficial to the facility. Lastly, the element of doing the follow-up is very essential. The institute should employ workers who are ready to work while evaluating the extent to which the recommendations made are implemented (Creswell & Poth, 2017). The potential workers should be ready to optimize their time and use it well towards the betterment of the institution. Efforts to implement these principles require intense understanding and what people value from their personal and cultural perspectives, which are the major arenas of qualitative inquiry.
Methods of Decision Making in Health Faculty
The purpose in making methods of decision becomes evident from examining alternative purpose along the continuum from theory to action (Eisner, 2017). Five basic research is theoretical in this case and it is worth explaining how beneficial they can be when put in action within the health faculty. First, there is the basic research, which contributes to the fundamental knowledge. The other one is the applied research. This helps in illuminating the societal concerns and raise solutions to them. The two research are put in actions by allowing the scholars publishing articles that are used within the health institutions. Their audiences are other researchers who will eventually judge their contributions using the disciplinary standards set by the organization.
Action Research and Evaluation in Health Faculty
The third research is the action research. In this case, the exploration aims at creating maximum solutions to the problems raised by the clients (Padgett, 2016). The problems should be solved amicably with good ethics to the satisfaction of the clients. Lastly, there is the summative and formative evaluation. The two work in hand since they aim at determining the solutions of the works done and improving the policies of the works respectively. Putting them into action requires publishing the articles with the solutions of the problems that might have arisen during the research and providing solutions to those problems so that they may not occur again in the near future.
