The Achievements of President Barack Obama

President Barack Hussein Obama is famous for being the most celebrated forty-fourth (44th) President of the United States of America. His tenure commenced on January 20, 2009, and ended on January 20, 2017. In addition to his speeches and directives that favored the well-being of the ordinary citizens, he happened to be the first African-American to hold the position of the President of the state above. As at today, he is enjoying his retirement life with his family and friends.

I respect President Obama for having won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize. His award came about after he strengthened the cooperation between people and international diplomacies through his extraordinary efforts. Also, he signed the Affordable Care Act which served to ensure that more than 20 Million uninsured US citizens got access to health care services. At some point, he made me envy him since he is associated with achievements that all the forty-three other Presidents could not. One includes the capture and killing of Bin Laden who had escaped justice for quite a long time.

Notably, such a man is to be honored for his achievements as they were not easy to get the US to the point it stands today. It is only just to recognize this tribute speech since it would serve to shed light on the footpath to being a prolific leader and the best ways to go about it. The mention of some of the achievements that are associated with President Obama had most of you nodding which is an indication that a vast majority of you admire his charisma.

Since this is a class speech, I believe that you should all honor President Obama since he brought an end to the great recession period after which the unemployment rate decreased to 4.7% from the initial 10%. Such was after the creation of employment opportunities to forty million US citizens. By so doing, he makes me feel overly jovial since he made it possible for my parents to pay my fees. President Obama is different in the sense that he was endeavored to excel against all the odds that stood to deter him. He is an outstanding, highly educated, responsible, good orator and most importantly he never stopped reminding the citizens that he would never compromise his principles regardless of the situation.

Even though President Obama held a high position of power, it is quite ironical that he did not shy off from his origin which is Kenya despite the languishing poverty in the nation above-mentioned. He benefits the society by being a good role model to those wishing to be future leaders. He inspires positivity and courage as he went out of his way to ensure that the war in Iraq came to an end even though the situation behind the same were seriously difficult.

Conclusively, some of the leaders and citizens had a dislike for President Obama and did not fail to let him know. Unlike other leaders who end up arguing on social media and other means, he always found ways to neutralize his opponents and bring them to his side. It is quite hard to tell how he did it but he had ways of managing those who hated him for either his origin, skin color or for any reason they might have had for their dislike. All he focused on was making America better not only for all citizens irrespective of their social, political or economic status in the society and for such remarks, I believe that he is highly worthy of being honored.
