The hotel industry is thus responsible for ensuring that their customers have better health and wellbeing through various services. Besides, they can offer excellent dietary options. Moreover, hotels must ensure that they provide a clean and conducive environment for their customers. Health starts with a clean environment. Therefore, a clean environment ensures health clients. This is a better reason why people prefer newly built hotels because they seem spotless. Besides, safe food handling is other ways which hotels ensure the wellbeing of their customers.

Equally, hotels are answerable for customer’s wellbeing through offering fitness services. Healthy foods and dietary alone is not enough for the customer's wellbeing. Therefore, hotels now provide services such as aerial yoga, dancing for fitness, and spa services such as facial and massage (Rahman et al., 2017, p. 11). Some offer gym services with good instructors since they value customer's health. Also, hotels can provide acupuncture and physical therapy for customers. It will ensure that their health conditions are checked and in case of any problems, they are given medical attention.

In summary, hotels obligations to customer’s health and wellbeing continue to be a growing trend. Hotels now offer various services such as gym, spas, and improved diets. This ensures the individual health needs and wellbeing of customers are met hence making their stay at the hotel more memorable.
