The unemployment rate in America as of June 2030 is 3.7%, which is lower than the 7.5% experienced in 2025. The federal government has also cooperated with numerous businesses to ensure that at least 50% of their positions are available through online platforms. The findings confirm predictions made in 2017 about the prospect of organizations turning digital to save money and improve efficiency. As of 2017, business analysts predicted that without the correct partnership, most youngsters will be jobless, resulting in a global disaster. However, with adequate plans on how to still absorb the employee’s in the company’s digital platform, more people have instead gotten more jobs (Nasir, 2013). University graduates are also taking advantage of the technological advancements to sharpen their skills online. For instance, with advances jobs platform like up work, the graduates can still offer their services without having to a physical space. Top retailers such as Wal-Mart, Costco have also taken after Amazon and Alibaba further heightening the competition but reducing the work opportunities for the youths.
The web, however, presents itself with specific uncertainties. Although people can now readily sources for services and get jobs online, there have been increased cases of fraud (Nasir, 2013). Therefore, there is a need to seek for alternates to the present cyber security and also fasten the security measures (Rainer & Cegielski, 2011). It would indeed make no sense to have more jobs but with a reduced guarantee of payment. So far, Google Company has introduced a tracking mechanism that allows the participants to track the physical stations of each other which enhances communication between them and also helps to reduce fraud. Indeed the country has made significant efforts to not only remain the global economic giant but to ensure that the technology developers create better job opportunities for the youths in the world.
How the 2015 Paris Agreement has Improved Global Climate in 2030
Today marks the 13th year since Margaret lost his three children and a husband in a terrible hurricane Maria that occurred in October 2017 which killed 30 others in Puerto Rico. As she stares at the graveyard, she imagines what the future hold and wonders if there is an impending disaster in the future. Margaret, however, reckons that there has indeed been an increased government effort to reduce global warming which is a significant contributor of the hurricanes witnessed in America in the past. America seems to have well complied with the Paris agreement which explains the positive environmental change evidenced by reduced floods, hurricanes, and hailstorms.
The Paris agreement was signed in 2015, and it aimed to reduce the carbon print globally aiming at global warming below 2 degrees Celsius (Stua, 2017). About 80% of the member’s countries seemed to have passed the carbon print threshold which was 75%. Although America was sought to opt out of the Paris agreement under Donald’s tramp administration in 2017, it seems to have made tremendous progress in the use of clean energy. About 80% of the industries in America have resulted to using clean and renewable energy which includes solar, wind, hydropower and geothermal (Bloomberg & Pope, 2017). The use of renewable energy has reduced the carbon print in the USA alone by about 75% which is also reflected in the positive climate. Renewable energy is not only cheaper but also readily available compared to the carbon fuels. There had been a series of other global warming effects in the past which elicited an immediate decision by Donald Trump to put measures that would seek to reduce global warming effectively.
