1. Diagnostic Activity -The process involves the collection of the entire pertinent data concerning the condition of the organization. The process will be achieved using observation activities, holding meetings with subordinates, as well as interviewing workers. After that, the information will be used to design measures for improving the health of the organization.
2. Team Building – These activities are designed to improve an individual’s effectiveness and satisfaction especially those who are working in groups. The established problems may be addressed by creating a trustworthy and open environment, which permits individuals to communicate their thoughts and feelings freely
3. Case-study- Yes, I would use this tool. The method will be suitable for conducting an in-depth assessment of the issues faced by the organization. The process will involve assessing and comparing different organization’s operations. The objective will be to learn effective methods necessary for solving the problem at hand.
Part 2
While looking around me, there are fellow students, systematically arranged lockers and a better part of the classroom is calm and busy. Undeniably, the surrounding allows me to concentrate and write about this task easily. However, I am an ardent fan of nature and would appreciate placing several green plants around the classroom to make the surrounding feel more personal.
The gaps between part 1 and part 2 include the lack of incorporating personal touch in an organization, lack of ergonometric - which is important in enhancing the moods of the surrounding. Ergonometric has been proven to improve the sense of feeling within an environment. Lastly, the lack of vibrant colors to enhance individuals’ moods. Colors alter people’s mood and make them reasonable in certain ways. For instance, purple makes one feel royalty while black might send emotions of fear.
None of the gaps mentioned was important than the other. All the gaps were factors, which in some degree interfere with efficiency. Therefore, it is appropriate to address them all with equal measure to guarantee 100% productivity.
