Stakeholders' Failure to Find Long-Term Solutions
Stakeholders have failed to find long-term solutions to issues that relate to gender inequality. Considerably, the decision of the writer to research on how education prevents women from financial abuse is one way of managing the factors that contribute to gender discrimination that targets women. Cornwall and Rivas (2015) indicate that women empowerment has not achieved the desired levels because of low education and financial levels. As such, it means that research that looks at how financially abused women respond with respect to their education level will be ideal since it provides appropriate information for stakeholders interested in gender issues.
The Role of Education in Financial Empowerment
Education is one of the avenues that people use to get financial empowerment. For instance, although affirmative action has increased the access of women on employment opportunities, female applicants with a university education have an ideal competitive advantage against men. In this survey, the researcher began on an appropriate platform by creating hypotheses that focus on evaluating the impact of education on financially abused women. Essentially, the society perceives all women as vulnerable, and this is a wrong attitude (Ely, Stone, & Ammerman, 2014). The aim of this research will be essential in correcting this misconception. It is important to note that educated women have an advantage as compared to those without proper formal schooling. Also, this research generates new information concerning women affairs. Unlike other research that concentrates on regurgitating concepts such as the need for equal access to financial positions, in this case, the survey is concerned with addressing particular demographic features within the population of women.
Addressing Gender Inequality through Education
The issues affecting women such as financial vulnerability can be managed effectively if the society decides to address unique demographic factors such as the level of education. With such an approach, the problem of gender inequality will have permanent solutions, and this is what the hypotheses of this research address.
