Religion refers to any institutionalized system in the society of shared ideas, beliefs, and propositions held on rituals that are usually practices that are based on beliefs, which identifies a relationship between the profane (mundane or ordinary) and the sacred (divine, holy, and supernatural). Religiosity also refers to the routine religious beliefs practices that can be measured by mostly church attendance. Around 38 percent of American citizens attend services weekly (Ferris and Stein, 342). The church being a social institution plays a significant role in shaping the structure of the society thus, it vital for sociologists to comprehend how various institutions develop their lives and how they can shape the institutions too. In Christianity, the doctrines define the social aspects of the Christians, their faith, actions, and beliefs in God. The holy communal is a symbol of repentance and salvation.

Christians are seen to make a great mistake when they present Christ as the utmost idyllic of spiritual leadership while they dare to want God-conscious people to rebuff the historic leadership of only the God-knowing individuals who have participated in evil deeds activities such as racial illumination especially in the past periods in their lives.
The Power of Faith in Christianity
Christians are united by their faith in God. The phrase "faith" stands for a personal connection with God rather than the perceived creedal formulation of what other mortal groups have been able to concur about a similar religious stance by questioning other about their faith. The faith is also concerned with the grip of typical values and depicted by the New Testament definition that explains that faith is the just a substance of the things that we hope for in life and evidence of things that we have not yet seen. Christian's strong belief in the Father shapes their moral and values in life as they expect one another to live by them. Faith assists them in decision making, facing and solving their problems, and even shapes their work ethics too. They are expected to be the role models of the future generation by believing in God and that their good deeds will be rewarded in Heaven ("Basis for Christian Ethics").

Christians believe in God the Father and the son Jesus Christ who was sent to earth to save the humankind from their sins. The social aspect of Christianity as a religion is shaped by many ideals such as faith that measures the level of commitment of an individual to the teachings of Jesus. Christians are also brought together in fellowship whereby they gather in churches that act as their social institution where they can worship God. They are also seen to make a great mistake when they go against their expected deeds in life. Christians are taught to comprehend that God is their Father and man only as their brother. With no doubt, Christianity serves as a significant epitome for the survival of human beings here on earth.
