The importance of the form of leadership allows the employees to have a great sense in accomplishing their hard work as well as the management also appreciates their efforts.

Notably, the active outstanding form of managing leadership styles should entail the methods suitable, and the management can understand accordingly (Forsythe, 2015). Besides, the result of the leadership style application should assist in motivating employees to have the desire to maintain a high standard of their operations.


Impact of Corporate Culture


The findings on corporate culture is also an aspect which influences the operation of the Filipino-Chinese restaurants. The development of stronger corporate culture assists in creating employee loyalty and the control as well as the support of the company basic operations. Therefore, the development of strong characteristics of corporate cultures should be determined and implemented in the activities of the restaurants. The implementation of employees responsible for their actions is one of the concerning results of service towards the consumers. Research Methodology


The study generated industry descriptions on the criteria for determining effective strategic leadership in the Philippines. The specific focus will be on the leadership management of Filipino-Chinese restaurants. Additionally, the attributes which will be defined in the methodology will consist of an analysis of organizational behavior on effective leadership and strategies in Filipino-Chinese restaurants. The use of open-ended questionnaires, observations in the field, development of semi-structured interviews, the primary and secondary documents will be used to determine the data set. English is often regarded as the business language in the country; there will be a constraint in the use of questionnaires field observation and interviews through verbal communications. The manager of a restaurant in Binondo Manila in the Philippines will be the focus to determine the data which will be used in the preparation of the research. The employees of the restaurant will be asked to participate in the determination of data by following simple steps of answering questionnaires and interviews.
