The social work profession has played an important role in teaching the general public about queer theory and gender equality in order to preserve women's rights. It has aided in increasing academic interest in sexuality. All of the behavior displayed by males and females is not the consequence of biology, but is constructed and reinforced socially through the media.

Social Work Profession is uniquely competent to discuss Queer Theory and Gender since gender is constructed socially and it’s reinforced by repetition just like any other identity aspect. Social work profession can address meaningless concept perceived while talking about women in general (Inglehart & Norris, 2013). The professionals can dignify the concept of grouping people together according to their shared characteristic.

Healthcare has impacted several issues on women’s life. Gender and Sexuality according to health care should be equal. Women should be respected and should not be forced into sex.

Gender is a complex trait which is vital since it carries social dimensions essential for understanding its impact on the health of a woman. Women may be discriminated in one way or the other since they are alleged as sex tools.

Every day around the world, women has been disproportionately targeted for sexual assault, this is as a result of ethnicity impact where women are viewed according to her background.

Different women from distinct age groups are age groups viewed differently. Although sex is biological, in some countries, for instance, Western nations see sex as an interchangeable factor which may be determined by age. In these countries, even the teens are involved in sexual activities.

Women are more spiritual than men. Therefore the spirituality issues, for instance, being religious have put them in a better position in the society. However, through the spirituality, different woman do things differently for example dressing. In some religion, sex is a spiritual act while other religions view it like just a physical act. In a real sense, sex is a spirit act and should be done by people who are connected spiritually through love. Some people tends to force women into it. Infarct, some men use them as sex toys.

Micro level is the smallest unit of analysis. On a microsystem level, the focus falls on the small details which can be acquired through daily interaction. Therefore, it becomes easy to familiarize a behavior with the daily interactions.

To impact a particular behavior through the structural social work theory, you only incorporate some smaller micro-level since a micro level isn’t broad.

Being a woman is associated with some health implication. However, the reproduction system has a great role in a woman. Some biological dysfunction like being barren effects women in a great way where some even end up in suicide.

Some women may have psychological issues, for instance, being so emotional; this has made some women remain in sorrow after a tragedy for example death of a husband at an early age.

Social issues have a great impact on women. These problems are such as domestic fights Female genital mutilation; these issues can make a woman lose confidence or lower esteem for the rest of their life.

Cultural issues are the worst problems which a woman can go through, for instance, forced marriage or denial of education. This can make a lady lose focus or be traumatized for the rest of their lives.

A mezzo level is a medium level; it is a social level where the practices which in most cases focuses on close friends, as well as family members, are done. On this level, very few people are involved, and in the group of the few member, if they aren’t friends they are formal.

Family issues such as misunderstanding have adverse effects on women. They can impact bring stress to a lady who is harmful to a woman’s health. Stress are so serious that they can make a person lose a pregnancy.

Group issues may impact stigma in a woman; it may also impact a bad attitude towards people around. A woman can build up a bad attitude towards people around them which may even last for years.

The micro level involves the largest analysis unit; it focus is on long projects which cannot be acquired easily (Seidman, 2013). On the macro level, it takes a lot of time to impact a particular behavior

The structural social work theory has a significant impact on many behaviors on the macro level, their analysis is significant, and therefore they take a lot of time and energy as well.

Community issues for example age discrimination where members of the community believe only a certain age can do something for instance, for example, get employed may make a woman who is of age remain unemployed for a long time.

Institution issues have got an impact on women, for example, gender discrimination where women cannot be put on leadership (Ramnerö & Törneke, 2012). This is going to make women feel as if they are less worth than men.

Organization matters such as misapprehension have got a negative impact on women. They may impact anxiety which in return make them less active in their job.

The expected results of gender equality campaign would make everybody know that all sexes have similar rights. Educating women oh how to fight for their rights would make them know what to in the case of issues occurred, the investigations would help a woman who isn't able to take action after being dejected to enjoy women’s rights (Verloo, 2007). Monitoring woman’s right would ensure everybody including the rural people observe the rights of a woman

Via the social work theory, gender equality would be simple since the campaign would be dome socially and in a friendly manner. Women would educate each other on their rights. However, the theory is so broad, while educating each other investigations would be very easy since they would get people to talk to about their issues. After all the above process monitoring would be an essay, in fact, many people won’t be aware that the women rights are being monitored since it would be after everybody relaxes.

I used the four hours wisely; I used while researching on agencies which deal with women rights and as well agencies dealing with gender equality. I also interviewed a representative of women rights who explained everything they are doing to ensure women have their rights exercised.

I learned that there was so much information I didn’t know concerning human rights, most importantly is that demoralizing woman rights may lead to serious punishment.

C. Discuss and describe what you have learned about your targeted community.

The targeted community may be hard to address since some cultural norms have been believed for years and educating some people the issue of gender equality may be hard

D. Discuss and describe what values, opinions, and beliefs have changed about your targeted community now that your paper is finished.

One of the opinions that I changed is that educating the women about their rights is not easy. In fact, some of them are pressed in the name of submission.

E. Discuss and describe what the most important lesson you have learned was now that your paper is finished.

The most important role learnt is that women have got equal rights which are very substantial rights and should be treated well.

F. Discuss and describe what others can do to help your targeted population.

To help the target group, I would recommend them to be taught how their rights would assist them to live an easy life. Also I would recommend them to be taught through lessons other than the social work theory only.
