An Executive Interview Questionnaire

I am confident in my abilities to produce the best results in the organization's favor while simultaneously planning for the worst, which will tip the odds in the company's favor. I'm also goal-oriented, therefore I'll establish the firm's goals personally and take responsibility for any that aren't reached. On the other hand, I believe I am a focused and optimistic self-starter leader since I have a good outlook and can competently carry out challenging jobs for a variety of employees. Nevertheless, I consider may set goals as the best for organization hence they will lead the company to the right direction.
What are your achievements so far in the company? Which of these achievements do you consider greatest more so in relation to the company's goals?
I have several notable achievements in the firm. However, the most notable can be confirmed from the recently concluded annual general meeting as various employees achieved most of the goals set. I may consider this achievement greatest since a long journey starts with a single step hence accomplishing set goals will testify to the success of the business.
If you were given an opportunity to choose a global organization to work for, which one would you choose? Why?
Honestly, such an opportunity would be very precious and would be a dream come true. Probably would choose an organization that is not so popular would then implement my abilities leading to the organization to appear as one of the most performing globally. Having done this will have attained recognition globally as the best director hence will have fulfilled my dream of becoming one of the most successful directors.


Which global leader do you admire most? How does he/she inspire you?
The former US President Barack Obama may act as the best definition of a leader. Despite being the first black to be a US President his humble beginnings has proven that the urge to achieve what we want is possible only if we live with our dreams and work towards achieving them. Therefore, my desire to lead this company to be one of the best with my position as the director it's possible.
What are your strengths and weaknesses? How do they affect your performance as the head of the company?
I would say that some of my strengths are my high personal values. Am a person of high integrity hence will work without favoritisms in the organization despite the consequences. On the other hand, am accountable and takes responsibility for my actions and do not blame outside forces for wrong doings but rather improve on them. However, we all have weaknesses my major one being attempting to please everyone. Nevertheless, I try my best not to let my weaknesses overrule my decisions.
Do you think that you inspire your employees in any way? How?
Personally, I think I do since the company's employees have continued to respect my decision despite the circumstance. If my decisions were not respected that would make a conclusion that they are not inspired by the actions I take on behalf of the firm.
If you were to choose one of your employees to replace you in your position, what criteria would you use to come up with the best fit candidate? (Friesen, 2010). Do you think the criteria would give the best results? Why?
Definitely, would go for my assistance since leadership can be learned through observation hence learning some skills that could be used when chosen as a leader. Furthermore, using these criteria would be best since my assistance is the best option to leadership.


How have the global management trends affected the management in the existing organizations?
Global trends have changed management since they have acted as the best practice management strategies hence have been developed by most institutions. The trends are not the best since a business should adopt their best fit rather than using the management trends laid down globally.
What is the mission statement, core values and the vision of the company? Have they changed since they were developed?
Mission statements, core values, and vision should act as the final goals for the organization hence should be consistency thus should avoid changing them so as to work towards one goal.
How does the company develop its strategies? Does it meet all these strategies within the stipulated time?
The company strategies are developed from their objectives hence working towards achieving them. However, these strategies are stipulated with time, and they should keep changing once a strategy has been accomplished.
How have the emerging global trends affected the company? How is the company ensuring that the negative impacts on it are minimal?
Technology has affected the company adversely since the changing technology has adopted that the company should keep their technology levels. However, the company is working towards adopting technologies that are relevant to the organization.
What do you consider as the strengths of your company?
The strengths of the company may be considered as the fact that they can meet customer satisfaction a primary objective to all businesses hence the smooth operation of the firm despite other challenges they face.

Between your company and its competitors, which one do you consider superior? Why?
Competitors are always considered superior since a strategy adopted by the competitor may affect their sales hence competitors should always be considered superior to the company.
