For subsequent lessons to take place, instructors must be aware of students' views and understand how to nourish or prevent such ideas from interfering with the educational process. Instructors should give instructional strategies that can deal with students' misconceptions. To begin, effective instructional tactics guarantee that students actively use their abilities and knowledge to solve issues. When a professor gives material to students without engaging them in any interaction, the presentation is deemed unsuccessful. As a result, pupils lack critical knowledge and abilities for their future careers. When students take responsibility for their own learning, professors spend the most time engaging them in assignments (Laurillard 2013). These enable them to acquire experience and make sense of their knowledge and skills.

Secondly, the teachers should work together to create a good impression for students to see sense in what they are reading. Working together enables the teachers to develop means of assistant, hence generating scoring guides for quality students’ work. Furthermore, teachers can see the connection among several contents areas. When instructors align educational standards to severe problems and projects, they build a cohesive approach to instruction (Sinatra & Danielson 2016). This kind of preparation is so significant that making schools work has involved it as one of the nine essential practices for hastening student attainment. Also, the emphasis on instructional phase moves from worksheets and textbook-centered training to the problem and project-based education.

Creating flexible groups comprising of few students based on the student's needs would help in understanding technical vocabularies, complex concepts as well as unfamiliar procedures and experiments. The teams would consist of students with different capabilities like having an active reader, a skilled writer, and one who enjoys public speaking to ensure quality discussion (Dixon et al. 2014). Furthermore, tiered learning can be adopted by teaching the students the same content but varying the depth and intricacy of the content depending on the needs of the individuals. These will enable both the fast learners and slow learners to be at the same level as the instructors may intensively venture into practical teaching making it easier for the low learning students to understand the unit been taught.

Also giving students choices and varying the assessments will provide students on how they complete their targeted goals. These will allow the students to express themselves in the superior way suited to them. The instructors will be able to know the student's strength and know the tactics to use to ensure each student gets the best knowledge from their teachers.
