This type of leader assign work to those under him and at the same time gives a clear description of the responsibility assigned.

The leadership also involves giving a timeframe for a given task. This is achieved through setting goals and deadlines to ensure that activities are carried out systematically within the designed timeframe and objectives achieved.

2. People-oriented behavior

This type of leadership concern for employees need, the leader must take into considerations the needs of the employees and ensure that their wellbeing is given priority. People-oriented behavior is also concerned with the environment of the employees. It ensures that the employees work in a pleasant environment. The contribution of the workers to the organization need to be recognized and lastly the opinions of the employees must be given attention.
