What attracts you the most in working in this field?

Management is my special, first of all, because I am a leader by nature and always motivated to solve difficult tasks. I like to lead and guide other people, and also to monitor their progress. Additionally, I realize myself in this way and success of my subordinates stimulates me to become better.

Why do you consider yourself worthy to take this position?

I have a decent work experience in this field and, accordingly, I strive for development as a manager and HR director. My mission is to help improve the quality of work of the company’s employees in any position, as well as the successful development of the company itself.

I am self-organized, stress-resistant and very goal-oriented. I believe that these features are very important in working with people that have absolutely different characters.

The most difficult task for me was working with employees that used to fulfill the minimum indicators and did not participate in the life of a company. Moreover, they were deeply convinced that they were right and that as soon as the company raised their wages, their motivation would increase, but it turned out to be the other way around. It took me a long time to prove them in reverse. People can be very strong in their convictions.

The main duties are stipulated by this post are development of a specific personnel program with a detailed description of the action plan for finding, preparing and organizing the activities for the company’s personnel.
