The reward I have received from the past was the employee of the year reward that I won two years ago. I made several changes in the company including motivating fellow employees to embrace whatever they are doing. I held talks and challenged everyone including the Managing Director to value the job and always do their best. All the pending issues in my department were cleared within two weeks despite some cases taking longer than three months previously. The speed in which I completed the in-trays and the team spirit that I induced in my team earned me recognition. Every employee praised me for the excellent work and the superb team spirit that had never existed in the company. I was motivated by the fact that I needed to be different and I wanted to be recognized as a smart and industrious employee. I just felt like delivering the best I could and embracing my work with passion.
