A has a very positive outlook towards work and work-related issues. While, dealing with problems he is usually the one who keeps calm and bring the objectives solutions to the table. He is generally very optimistic and tend to ignore the problem and suggests less prudent and riskier financial decisions.

Accomplishments
The job duties include day-to- day tasks of verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. During the last 6 months he has performed the assigned duties very well and within deadlines.
However, the major achievement is that he has seized many discount opportunities by paying the vendors within time.

The progress has been amazing but he needs to put in more effort to be promoted to senior level. Needs to work on the decision- making skills.
