Time consciousness is one of my visions that I have recently seen getting implemented in the healthcare sector. These lines often resulted in harmful delays for patients. Introduction of these apps has seen time getting managed effectively hence saving lives in emergency situations

Efficient

Regarding service delivery, my vision conforms to the current nursing practices of efficiency. Health facilities have ensured that they come up with measures to minimize wastage for example supplies, energy et al., they have done this y adopting environment-friendly measures such as the use of solar panels to harness energy for hospital use.

Differences with My Vision

Patient-Center

Nurses often get considered as individuals who have limited time on patients due to the bulk responsibilities they get assigned. In my vision, I strive to ensure that I will provide responsive care to patients alongside prioritizing their values. Such action has not gotten effective implementation by nurses in the current healthcare environment.

Ensuring Equity

Several instances of inequality of service deliveries due to ethnicity and socioeconomic status currently gets witnessed in our healthcare institutions. Trends in Nursing

Advancement in technology has brought about digital transformation hence revolutionizing various industries in different ways. Health care too is a beneficiary of the revolution thereby leading to several technological trends in this particular industry. They include

Patients have been relieved of the routine follow-ups and can now confirm with their doctors and nurses for prescription updates as well as checkup services. Telemedicine has gotten used as the most efficient way of managing chronic diseases in the US.

Consumer – Focused Media Plans.

Medical expenditure has in the past risen due to the high adoption rate of health plans among patients and older people. A continuous increase in these expenses would make patients sought options such as trainee professions to help them manage their health spending in the same way as their retirement plans. Health cares have already started providing health finance packages and offer plans such as flyer discounts in a bid to retain their customers.

Biosimilar

The rising prices of traditional drugs as well as in increased demand for good health has seen biosimilar get introduced to the market (Cherry & Jacob, 2016). They are alternative drugs whose origin is from living organism. They are meant to serve as substitutes for traditional drugs. For example, Mvasi which is a biosimilar that was approved for cancer in the US on September 14, 2017.

Low-Cost Healthcare

The budget pressure that is presently being felt by hospitals has led to the introduction of innovative ways of quality health care delivery in the US (Cherry & Jacob, 2016). It involves the adoption of methods such as the construction of bed fewer hospitals. Virtual care centers and forming partnership with reputable retail clinics

In the event of my graduation as a professional nurse, several traits would define me in my career. They include proper communication skills. The skills lead to a positive nurse-client relation hence the well going of my patients. I will develop appropriate problem-solving skills. Through this, I will able to provide the best solution to challenging situations and develop the ability to identify the cause of problems to avoid their reoccurrence in the future. I will be a nurse who is flexible to work and having no specific routine as long as I meet the expected demands of the patients as expected of my profession and ensure a smooth operation in my workplace. By adopting some skills like effective time management and paying attention to details, managing my work environment will get simplified.
