The internet job site that I used to make an application is Linked In. Linked In. is an ideal platform basically because it contains many advertisements on a range of diverse jobs. Moreover the website is associated with many top-notch companies around the world. The specific job position I am applying for is Senior Human Resource Recruiter. My target Company is BJC HealthCare located in Forest Park Avenue, St. Louis, Missouri. The Company made the job advertisement on 18th January 2018.  My objective from this particular assignment is to understand and appreciate how the internet has revolutionized the world in terms of ease of access of jobs. The Human Resource Recruiter job requires a range of different skills which include;


Ø Administrative duties and keeping of records


Ø Creation of job descriptions


Ø Building organizational networks through industry contacts in order to easily obtain a pool of qualified personnel

I prefer this style because; it denotes step by step all of ones qualifications and work experience in an order manner from top to bottom. Secondly, it is the style that most employees prefer because it is detailed and it does not hide anything. 5.0 Conclusion


There is a lot that I learn from this particular assignment. First, is the importance role played by the internet. It goes with saying that the internet has made the world a global village. Within few clicks one can be able to get a job in ones field of expertise. I think that the internet has revolutionized the world for the better. Secondly, it is easy for one to be employed even abroad as long as he or she contains the required skill set and experience for a particular position. It is therefore necessary for everyone to keep improving their resumes because the more attractive ones resume is the better chances one has or getting a job. Thirdly, I was able to understand the different format of writing a resume (Canavor and Meirowitz, 24), cover letter (Karsh and Pike, 38) and a thank you letter (Minden and Roth, 42).
