How do knowledge-sharing centers foster the development of new ideas?

How could the growth of social centers for knowledge exchange help people?
Every society should establish knowledge-sharing hubs where people can gather to debate a range of new topics and come up with better or more creative solutions to societal problems.
Knowledge-sharing hubs have the potential to boost a community's cerebral capacity, allowing for the prolific production of exceptional innovations. Making knowledge free and open-sourced has the ability to accelerate human development because it triggers the evolution of new ideas based on existing ones through discussion forums and exploration.
The above theses support the creation of a community-based knowledge-sharing hub at which people will meet to share ideas. Since the root question proposes the development of such venues, the thesis is, this, a proposal argument.
“Knowledge is power” is a common phrase. However, this statement is only true in the case where knowledge is accessible to people. In allowing a free flow of ideas in the society, an environment of expansion of people’s minds as well as the extent of innovation and information is created. Many of my friends and colleagues agree that open-sourced knowledge is vital for the development of the society but reject the idea of the formation of innovation hubs.
Technological development around the world was accelerated due to the creation of hobby groups and technology hubs that encourage development of technical platforms and innovations (Munford, 2016). On a similar thought, to increase the rate of ideation in every sector, knowledge-sharing hubs will go a long way in connecting people from different professions to discuss possibilities of new subjects, techniques, inventions.
