How HR Has Opened My Eyes
From the personal perspective, this course has opened my eyes in many ways. For example, I have learned how to increase my turnover both in class work and personal duties. I have achieved this through proper planning. I have also learned to control my budget by breaking it into its components and allocating the available resources appropriately. Furthermore, the course has helped me establish public relations with others. Therefore, all these personal skills among others will help me achieve the personal and company goals.
How I Will Utilize Human Resource Terminologies and Techniques
I will apply HR terminologies when discharging the duties of the office at the workplace. For instance, when performing job analysis, I will use the terminologies and techniques such as staffing and reward system to determine responsibilities and nature of a job descriptions. At a personal level, I will apply both the terminologies and techniques such as budgeting in conducting my personal and family activities which involve the use of resources.
