Thanks for making orders with our company. As a company, we were pleased with your order and gave it much consideration. The computers you ordered are of good quality and high speed. As you’re aware, our products are delivered on time once requested by customers and of right conditions. In some situations, some of the incoming products are advertised to consumers at the wrong duration (Jenkins and John, 300).


Even though we were impressed with your pre-orders, the product page created was posted at the wrong time for the orders. The company has decided to cancel the pre-orders which won't be delivered to the customers in due time. The company is already aware that you had requested for the products. Your order will still be filled to contact you once we settle the company's issues.


Am writing this letter to apologize to you for the cancellation of your order which you had placed with our company. I am appalled by the removal of your order as a customer. I believe that according to the website which was created for the new computers, first come was to get the products first. It was not your error since you were after getting the computers which were announced to be limited in the stock. This inconvenience was made up by the officer in charge of website division which created the page for interested customers to place their orders according to the email he had been sent for.

I have set meeting which will be very crucial for the staffs to have a discussion on customers’ policies and professional ethics in case of anyone to have forgotten. There will be no any excuse for the source of cancellation of your order by our company since it was a staff’s mistake. We are very sorry and hope you will not stop attending our created websites for sales.


Am very sorry to inform you that the expense you had incurred in placing the order will not be fully refunded to you. The same is kept for you till when the company will launch other products and you will be contacted to place your order and shall be compensated. Despite all that, we have attached a coupon of 25 percent with this letter as company's apologetic token. We hope that any time other products are being launching, and we create a page website for them you will still be interested and pre-order the products.


Whenever you get to our website and get an exciting product, you can seek my assistance personally before as you proceed to pre-order the sales. In response to every email to send to us on the same, the computers which were to be launched still in progress. The company didn't cancel the pre-orders due to delay in the launch but due to the mentioned error. Although it was announced on the website page that they would be limited in the store, there will be a lot of great and exciting products. We will highly appreciate your attention to our website page to see whatever is posted.
