Introduction
Communication became an issue in the entire organization on matters relating to the employees, team members, process, and structure.
Like any other organization, communication plays a significant role in creating the effectiveness of the company.
In this case, the barrier encountered through communication interfered with the entitled design projects that were run by the company.
Therefore making the company underperform regarding the disruption caused due to lack of consultation and also useful employee contribution.
Communication became the subject of the complaint and full of interference among the workers creating some of the disruptions even with English being referred as the language to be used in the organization.
Conclusion and recommendation
Conclusion
The organization was dived into two groups, i.e., the Americans and the Asians. Whereby the Americans were reckless whereas Asians practiced silence.
Asians lacked self-esteem which would help them build up self-confidence to mingle with Americans freely without worry of being undermined by the English notion.
Creation of business groups (BG) and the Business Unit (BU) promoted the welfare of the organization
There wasn’t adequate time created for the newly created tams hence creating some confrontation agreeing on the right software or program to use.
The highly competitive industry made the entire organization to experience some reforms including reshuffle of the workers.

Recommendation
The employees should have been trained in both communication and life skills to ease communication relationship.
To eliminate poor team performance, there is need to for enforcing all the participants to play their entitled role both carefully and professionally.
Regular assessments should be done by the quality control as the team elders respectively help to modernize and structuralize the working formula to the employees.
