Hence the need to understand the cause of the public issue provides a remedy. According to the American Heart Association more than 500,000 people die yearly as a result of in hospital and out of hospital cases of cardiac arrest. According to Abella, et al. (33) the rate of survival of cardiac arrest is diminishing as most people who have an arrest end of dead minutes after and some die on their way to a medical facility. Based on the findings of Edelson et al. The other interview guide will be socially inclined as it will be administered to the families of dead victims and lucky survivors of heart attacks. The data derived from the interview will be analyzed using content analysis; this method will be used to interpret the semantic contents of the interview results. Content analysis is very efficient when determining the in-depth analysis of respondent's opinion. It efficiently breaks downs response into meaningful units and assesses the characteristics of the message passed across by the respondents.
