It is a strength to the organization as it saves majorly on its cost. By effectively maintaining a skilled labor, the clients will always have a better chance understanding how their lives are at safe hands.


Responsive administrators: Having the administrators always ready for action is a key strength to the firm as the chances of the patients being saved in an emergency situation increase resulting in a better score in health condition of the firm. This factor can be used to lure the effectively served clients into coming back once more.


Being a member of the Medicaid: The above factor is a key strength to the firm as most people are receiving their medical aid through such program. This means that the firm has a higher chance of attracting more people into it.


Weaknesses:


The firm suffers from wider range of weaknesses including temporary contracts with nurses, poor scores in healthcare, and lack of beds.


Temporary contracts with nurses: Since the firm does not employ nurses on full time, this means that the lost registered nurses result in looking for better vacancies in their competitors. The major source of this problem is when the nurses are not employed fully and can only be resolve if the employment contract is revised.


Poor scores in healthcare: The poor scores in the health standards has really impacted this organization and such a weakness can only be attained if the proper persons and health mechanisms are used effectively.


Lack of beds: The lack of beds has been the start of poor healthcare for the agency as clients to the firm fear the lack of beds in case they are admitted in them and can only be fixed if more beds are put into work.


Opportunities:


The organization has, however, a chance of improving its operations through ways such as employing new staff, increasing the number of beds, and offering better services to the clients. They can effectively be put into work time after time and they act as the opportunities because they give the organization a better chance of starting to offer their clients better health services (Bull et al., 2016).


Threats:


The current threats to the organization include out-competition by the competitors, fear of being shut down by the respective agency, and failure of the implantation of the strategic plan.


Competitors: The competitors have better facilities than the Cross Senior Care due to the availability of more technical and sufficient facilities to the environment. Such an impact can only be minimized if better services are given to customers (Xiao et al., 2016).


The fear of being locked down: The fear of being locked down emerges when the results clearly indicated that it is operating below the required level and can only be corrected if better services are offered to the clients.


Lack of know how: The lack of know how comes due to the lack of are employment of the fulltime full time nurse and can be fixed through the employment of more qualified nurses.
