I work at ABC Ltd, recently we were assigned a project by the company management in the team of five people whereby every person was given a particular task to accomplish. But one of my co-workers consistently failed to perform his functions by the given deadline. I did not inform the supervisor of the attitude of my mate to prevent any issue which could have jeopardized our affairs, but I privately approached him if he needed help. Also, I asked him if there something deterring him from meeting his deadlines.
The best strategy for providing feedback to this case is single author – author or feedback method. The response method is a powerful influence on achievement and learning, but it results in either negative or positive impact. Precisely, the effect of this strategy is frequently mentioned in many articles concerning teaching and learning. Ultimately, providing answers to the employees and colleagues offer them an insight into how their performance is being evaluated and the advice to handle the issues they are facing the company. The feedback method adds safety and civility to response technique.

I work at the ABC Ltd, recently I have been criticized by colleagues for not meeting my goals, and they believe that this could hurt the performance of the company. I had problems in responding positively to these criticisms, but now I think that Email – message is an appropriate strategy for giving feedback on why I am unable to realize my goals. The method allows messages to be delivered within a short period to my workmates. Also, it using Email – message, I can attach images, documents, and files of my work for assessment and it can be accessed anywhere provided there is an internet connection. Ultimately, information can be regenerated by the receiver. Email – message has attractive aspects such versatility, speed, and portability.
