Human beings have a unique feature that draws them towards success in such a way that they will do anything to achieve their desired success dreams. It is everyone's desire to achieve their life goals at all times. Humans have demonstrated to be capable of going to any length to pursue their desires. The pursuit of their objectives is heavily motivated by the notion that at the end of life, there should be evidence of some level of productivity in the lives that people live.  The approach adopted by most people in this endeavor has, however, made people excessively individualistic. The effects of this attitude have overtly been seen in the negligence amongst human beings, of the presence of other individuals around them (Kotva, 2016). Most people hence look for their happiness from the wealth they can create. Consequently, people have lost their understanding of the world around them.

Stoicism, however, puts forth the opinion that people ought to take life in whichever way it may present itself. Stoicism also holds the idea that people should not allow themselves to be controlled by their desire for pleasure. Additionally, people should not allow themselves to live under the yokes of the fear of pain. Instead, Stoicism holds that as a person interacts with the world, one of their primary intentions ought to be the thorough understanding of the nature that surrounds us (So, 2016). Achieving would result in people appreciating their roles in life. They would hence be in a position to treat other individuals with a lot of care, fairness and n manner that portrays great justice.

Stoicism holds self-control at a high stake, and of course, cites it as one of the sure ways that people would arrive at true happiness. It apparently eliminates the bias ideas of the human race. People would hence stay together, with each appreciating the roles of the other. In such a manner, the morals and ethics of the people would then be significantly improved. There is also, however, the fact that no single person is perfect in life. Stoicism hence, in this manner, preaches the importance of people tolerating one another along.

Besides these significant implications of endurance, there is an undeniable role of these ideas in the promotion of interpersonal relationships (Kotva, 2016). As long as individuals can learn to find the happiness in faithfully serving humanity and nature, then there is, of course, the promise of togetherness amongst people living together. In the world today, stoicism still holds a lot of relevance in the lives of various people. The need to live together in peace is one of the most important campaigns in the world today. A lot of individuals are in struggles to satisfy their expectations in life (So, 2016). As a result, the world has become very much individualistic, to the extent that it almost seems that people have no idea what it means seeking peace and happiness in life while maintaining the order of the other people around them.

The economic, as well as the religious groups all over the world, has now been forced to try encouraging people to value togetherness because it is believed to be the way to peaceful coexistence and happiness. Justice is today a rare thing, as people seek to protect themselves from fear and failure in life. It is therefore evident that a lot of groups today advocate for the adoption of the concepts of stoicism.
