Professionalism in any sector, particularly nursing, is what wins the day and builds trust among patients and those who require the same services as a nurse. Being accountable as a nurse is what drives professionalism. When it comes to this aspect of my career, nursing, I firmly believe that I bear a great deal of responsibility. To be a fully responsible nurse, I combine three key components of my life, which are professional integrity, professional responsibility, and accountability (O'Lynn, 2012). There are around six elements that I do personally regard as a perfect way of holding a certain level of responsibility to the profession. One of them is being accountable and taking total control of my professional conduct and nursing actions. Always I keep myself in a position that I can keep and keep my psychological, physical and mental fitness to proper practice. I cannot just think of any other way of holding my responsibility to the profession than registering as a certified nurse and keeping my current registration up to date. To add to all these practices get the responsibility of involving in the formation of practices and policies that are in line with standards of the profession. Beyond a reasonable doubt, this is what I love doing the most and its part of m so I wouldn't like to lie when I say to the last man standing I have been firmly upholding up this duty. I am a registered member of the America Nurses Association and most of the organizations most students used in their power points were the America Nurses Association (ANA).I am not interested whatsoever in joining any other group (Polit and Beck, 2004)).
PART 2: Quality improvement
If I was Alex my job could be very simple. The first step I would take is to go down to every individual nurse and sample information over some of the things that were making them not to be dedicated or what exactly made them have less motivation at work. The second step would go back to the very prime customers who had been dissatisfied with our services earlier. I will gather information on the specific aspects that caused the dissatisfaction. Using this information, I will be able to bring back the sense of some nurses back to the course and rectify on the specific mistakes our customers realized at our facility. The defiant nurses would recommend for leave for them and assign them a medical counselor to guide them through various aspects of what it takes to be a medical professional. The perfect way of measuring progress within those three months is to go back to the very clients who visited us during those moments of transition and get to know of their feedback about the improvement on the facility. It will bring out the level of progress the center has realized.
