Analysis of Test Results:
First, I must admit that the test was very interesting and it was way too different from what I thought it would require. My scores were generally skewed about the average score. I got very high scores regarding the need for achievement, need for affiliation, and the use of big words, which implies that I wrote about achievement related themes. Also, I paid enough attention to human relationships, and figured out that I am less emotional and oftentimes I can be psychologically detached. However, I scored very low in the negative and positive emotions, and got a zero score in self-reliance. According to the test program, this means that I feel more secure. Talking about the positive and negative emotion words, the test scores proved that I am moderately linked to people’s anxiety. In the need for power, I demonstrated that my concern with the person is in control or has status which is slightly below average. Generally, I am an average person because I attained an average score in the test.
Personal Reflections:
I can neither accept nor refute entirely the results of this test. However, it has showed several facts which are true about me. I can confirm that the test accurately depicts my desire for achievements and to pay enough attention to human relationships. I believe this can be associated with the supporting people around me including my family, friends, and colleagues. This test has also revealed that I am psychologically detached or distant, which I did not notice about myself before passing the test. Nevertheless, reflecting on my life, I believe most of the findings of this test are pretty accurate. I would recommend the test to anyone who would wish to understand themselves better.
