This I believe is a global association which motivates individuals to write and share essays that tell about the primary core values in lives. Usually, these essays are published in books or posted on available social media platforms for quick access.
I believe that interpersonal communication is the best way of solving problems among various groups. Moreover, I believe that this form of conveying messages enables individuals to make concrete decisions on daily lives. There is sharing of ideas, insights, and skills by people. I also believe that listening keenly during a conversation changes perception and enables individuals to provide proper feedback that is related to the topic of discussion.
Personally, I had an interpersonal communication with my aunt concerning the type of a course I was to undertake at the university. While conversing, I listened carefully to interpret the message being passed. After that, I responded to whatever she asked regarding my studies. Since I believe that barriers of listening such as disliking the speaker and lacking interest in the talk deter interpersonal communication, I avoided such glitches during the conversation.

For example, I developed a turn taking method in my conversation with the aunt. Secondly, the belief shapes how I comprehend my self-concept by realizing that the love and trust created mutual co-existence between my aunt and I. Furthermore, the belief shaped my self –concept by noting that the admiration I have enables me to interact freely with people of diverse social classes.
Summarily, my beliefs usually reflect the real image of myself I always believe that low self-esteem kills dreams. Nevertheless, believes have significantly shaped on how I understand my self-concept thus making me maintain high confidence in life.
