The German automotive company Daimler AG through their highly sophisticated products like the Mercedes Benz has often been in the limelight for consistent production of high-quality vehicles (Clarke, 2005). The company has established its rapport efficiently with consumers as a word class car manufacturer. Taking an example of the Mercedes Benz series, the car comes with unique safety features making it a crème de la crème for most car lovers. The vehicle is fully autonomous and includes unique features such as pre-safe technology, the pre-safe brakes, the night view assist, lane keeping assist et al. When talking of pre-safe technology, the car is designed to give a warning to the driver of an imminent accident. The technology makes the vehicle prepare for any cases of collision by tightening the seatbelts, closing the sunroof et al. in situations whereby the car senses an accident, it automatically begins initiating a 40% brake power. The night view assist helps the driver have a real-time view of a dark road. Fitted with invisible infrared beams, Mercedes Benz turns to be among the safest vehicles to drive at night. The car equally has a high power transmission hence preferred for sports (Dörr, Homm " Indlekofer, 2013).
The revolution in the smartphone industry has seen tech giants such as Samsung and Apple Inc consistently launch high quality with distinct features. Despite the intense competition promoting quality products, I found Samsung galaxy 7S of inferior quality as compared to other phones like Samsung Galaxy S6. Some of the low-quality features witnessed included, the overcharging battery (Mozur " Lee, 2016). It possesses a high health risk to the users with a potential of exploding. Successful mitigation of the problem requires the company could have conducted the intense quality check and run prototype experiments to ensure that the final products meet the quality check standards before reaching the consumer.
