In terms of politics, economics, and social relations with the rest of the world

Israel has been changing and steadily stabilizing. It is currently dealing with problems such as low economic status, an unstable school system, corruption, civil strife, weak national stability, and sovereignty issues, with the prime minister serving as the head of state.

The low economy and corruption

The low economy is attributed to a lack of capitalization, in which private companies have not completely assumed responsibility for operating businesses throughout the society (Mjally-Knani and Serene, 61). The state of the economy goes hand in hand with corruption because individual owners of enterprises have become so selfish to sharing their development ideas for the benefit of the country. They have become too corrupt demanding extra favors from their business counterparts and this has massively lessened the rate of economic growth. Corruption is a big disease that is drastically creeping into Israel and is a big enemy of progress.

The education system

The education system in Israel is divided between the Arab and Jewish sectors and the distribution of funds is biased. The Arabs are not contented with the poor education quality given due to low support from private funders. This favoritism has resulted in strife and rivalry between the two sectors (Ronen and Ya'el, 7).

Insecurity and sovereignty issues

The state of Israel has a chain of incidences of insecurity such as its war with Arab and this has created a negative mindset and fear amongst the Israel residence. The anxiousness has affected the rate of development as many predict the recurrence of the fights and this is evident by the rate at which people are occupying settlements and arousing land issues with the neighboring countries. According to Ronen, the problem of sovereignty emerged from the conflict and the demand by the people to get clarifications about who owned Israel. This was due to the existence of Holy places whereas Yasser Arafat and Ehud Barak decided to negotiate on who would take charge. However, this happened during the end period of the conflict between Arab and Israel. Furthermore, it was stated that the city of Jerusalem was to continue existing under the sovereignty of Israel.

Solutions For The Problems

To reduce these issues, as the head of state, I will seek to understand the plans which the individuals in charge of the different dockets may be having. Meetings with each one of them will be organized together with their personal advisers. The personnel in charge of education should liaise with the one in charge of finance to ensure fairness in the distribution of funds to both Arab and Israel sectors. Much attention will be given to Arab schools and their revenue reduced to enable them to afford sustenance of the educational institutions (Zartman and William, 937). The economy growth will be enhanced by conducting internal education on business management to all enterprise owners and directors of private entities. Moreover, capitalization will be promoted and its significance is well understood. Record keeping should be done with transparency and corruption banned at all levels. I will advocate for peace in Israel and encourage the Israelites to stop having the mindset of conflict with the neighboring countries. Nevertheless to achieve all these goals I will seek help from the neighboring countries especially Lebanon and Syria and cautiously sign peace treaties with their governments so as to maintain peace with them as well as gaining from them some development skills.
