While these values are optimistic, there is a high likelihood of success, and when they are negative, there is a high likelihood of failure.

Professional courtesy in the workplace refers to the overall accepted professional practices in the workplace. These habits require adherence to a strict dress code, intimate interactions with customers and colleagues, grooming, social etiquette, temperament regulation, and individual attitudes. Positive employee social behavior yields job satisfaction rates and work commitment thus positive organization success (Youssef, 2007). On the other side, contrary etiquette in work such as commanding and abusive supervision yields negative results to deviance and poor interpersonal relationships that undermine performance (Mitchell, 2007).
Emotional Regulation and the Importance of a Code of Ethics
It is because of these effects on the organization that effort needs to be made to have a balance between the behaviors of individuals about meeting the objectives of the team. Every firm is made up of different social groups with different practices united by a prescribed institutional culture and associated goals. A proposed mechanism of emotional regulation should involve neutrality, buffering, prescription, and normalization of workplace behaviors (Ashforth, 1995). There needs to be a code of ethics in an institution for its members that allows things carried out neutrally and in a sensible fashion to legal actions.
The Importance of Professionalism in Healthcare
One specific experience I had was on visiting a friend admitted to the hospital. Peter was in acute pain out of his fractured leg through his expressions. He had been sedated, and the surgical fixation was done in the theater. When the effect of anesthetic agents was over, he cried in pain. I reached out to the nurses on duty severally only to be told that they will get him painkillers. Throughout two hours, they were gossiping and laughing their ribs out about a recruited intern. I found this quite unprofessional and even organized for a transfer out to another hospital I thought would consider and pay attention to my friend.

Successful small business entrepreneurship needs realistic strategies with attainable goals, creativity based on innovation, personal business skills with an elaborate plan that incorporates sustainable finance sourcing (Burns, 2010). Having worked under an entrepreneur for five years, I have over this time acquired various business skills that should enable me to initiate my plan and efficiently manage the entity. The United States Small Business Administration is one significant tool in the development of young entrepreneurs as it gives a broad scope of information on opportunities and the consequent management of the firm.

A lot of market research needs to be done before starting up an enterprise. This study entails the existing competitive environment, resources for capital, legislation around the specific business proposed, human resource, financial plan, and the market needs at large. All these business resources can only be managed effectively when one has relevant skills about the entity.
Achieving Long-Term Entrepreneurial Success
Having gone through all these steps and worked with different organizations, I feel it is successful when one manages his/her facility in person and proactively. It is by this information that I deem fit to change my career as an employee to an entrepreneur with a long-term plan of owning a fully furnished fitness center and spa. In the short term, I plan to acquire a gym branch that has been in operation for five months. This acquisition strategy will reduce my costs on primary insurance and licenses needed as well outsourcing of new gym equipment that could be time-consuming and prove challenging to find a reliable supplier. I will also be able to acquire mentorship from the immediate former owner of the business. With an established business, it will also be easy to outsource loans for renovating, branding and marketing the company online and targeting the corporate market. This has also proved to be sustainable as I will purchase the business through monthly installments with part of the return I will have made from subscriptions.
