In order to meet demand, a variety of strategies will be used, not just adding capacity to boost output. In a strategy involving produce-to-demand and produce-to-demand aspects, businesses are advised to first have the focus of the market and clients before scheduling the operations to meet the gaps and requirements (Schutt & Moore, 2011). For Jimmy LLC business, we will be producing the genetic diagnostic devices based on the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
