Social Media will be the biggest proponent of making customers aware of FUNdue. It will be free to create a Facebook and Instagram page that promotes the restaurant. FUNdue will have engaging posts that entice customers and are persistent when it comes to drawing customers into the restaurant. Good customer service can be shown just by listening and responding to customers complaints on social media and thanking them for a positive feedback. This will have customers feeling appreciated and valued (Mealey). These customers will then tell their friends about their good customer service experience and FUNdue's consumer base will grow from word of mouth. Also, FUNdue will use social media to broadcast specials they are having. These posts in the media will be coordinated by a good marketer who will be online always. This will ensure prompt update of any new menus and products in the restaurant. The restaurant will also ensure Wi-Fi services to its customers to attract young people and business people that would be interested in internet services while having their meals.
Costs is another significant factor that affects the demand and supply of any commodity. It is a factor that most customers are interested in. To accomplish this, FUNdue has given a 10% off USF discount to all its customers. Additionally, FUNdue will run a specific promotion on Groupon. FUNdue will offer a $50 to two-person and grand assortment Fundue package for $30. Groupon then takes half of the revenue, leaving Fundue with $15 of revenue (Aland). The goal with Groupon is to bring new customers into the restaurant and aim for those who try the Groupon to become repeat customers. Groupon users will only be allowed to purchase FUNdue's promotion once.Aftersale services such as packaging are offered to customers who would like to carry food to their houses or to offices. The restaurant has a budget of about $200,000 to spend on advertising and drawing customers. This is projected to decrease in the second and third years. The organization projects that after the three years, this will be a familiar place for many people. The company also is hoping that the sales will increase tremendously after these advertising and promotion activities.
The message FUNdue wants to convey to its customers is that FUNdue is a fast food joint that provides delicious tasting meals and treats at a reasonable price. The location of the restaurant is in a convenient spot right off the highway within miles of USF. FUNdue provides a trendy atmosphere that is family friendly but is also a good hang out for college students. In a heart-shell, the slogan of the restaurant can be stated as the “home for delicious fast foods”.

Sales promotions are an important part of any starting business to be known and to increase its sales (Nelson, 1974).Companies in this spirit have resulted in using large sums of money in advertising and other promotion techniques. Similarly, Fundue intends to increase its customer base and sales through laying unique advertising techniques to accomplish this in the next three years.
