Writing Process
Writing process is like a sectioned triangle where one begins from broad view of writing then narrows as one moves up as a result of improvement. Different characteristics are learnt at different levels and from a wide view to specific style. Writing is follows some instructions and improves over time depending on the skill until the time that one fully gains the confident to write a type of work that is acceptable. Writing begins at the early stages of life and gradually improves to more complex forms of writing which are more specific. For instance, one starts to learn how to write simple sentences, followed by complex and finally writing a prose paragraph. In the college one folds all the skills from styles, referencing, methods of summarizing, improves on analysis of texts in the format that they are written and more important skills. Though the higher learning becomes the end of the process: perfection continues individually.
Developing Writing Skills
Developing writing skills progressively help strengthen the ability to make reasonable arguments in different tops of life that only one's expertise can't help. On the other hand, individuals can forget what they learned for a long period which may be significant. Good writing means more than proper grammar: essentially, most of the writings follow the grammar part which limits the exploitation of the skill. Thus writing in different styles without limits on the grammar will not only improve the writing but also boost language development to excellence.
Question 2
Insufficient water in Cape Town has been put into racial angles where the whites and the blacks are in question also not forgetting the division into poor and rich classes. While the poor are suffering from hunger which has persisted for several years, a small deficit of water in the town has been taken as an emergency leaving behind the poor dying of starvation. The government expects either the poor forgo buying food or instead go for water which the rich have built their wells to sell to the people.
Question 3
In the first text, the author's problem was on the solution given if the city runs a deficit of water, and by this, another question chips in which is on inequality and inequity that evolves and exists in the society. On answering the question on how to get water availed to the people, a rhetorical question arises on the poverty of some people in the city who don't have enough food thus according to the writer; the question is will the poor forgo food for water or the will they stay without water?
Inequality Matches
Inequality matches in the issue of water availability, accessibility, and affordability which runs from the core and the aim of the document. The writer says, "For the wealthy, that means hiring companies to dig boreholes and wells. It means buying truckloads of bottled water, even at inflated prices. It means ordering desalination machines to make groundwater drinkable — or safe enough to fill a swimming pool." Water is an essential requirement for any individual, and thus all should get it ready, safe, and at an affordable cost without forgoing the most basic need of the day that's food. Water availability, accessibility and safety and affordability have been drawn to social classes as the rich tend to solve their problems individually not considering the poor in the society.
