The Current State of the Army Department

The Regional Health Commands, which include MEDCOM as a member, stand above the Medical Treatment Facilities. Also, the medical personnel and support team are deployed by MEDCOM based on the demands of the operations (USAASC, 2017).

Furthermore, there are several applicable organizational behavior concepts that can be used in environmental management. For instance, proper planning strategies in bid to unravel and eradicate the possible barriers to its performance. In addition to that, feedback should be used by RHCO-A so as to evaluate the workers in an attempt to improve the quality of services delivered. Teamwork will further enhance quality health services provided by a diverse workforce. Finally, change measurement should be conducted which gives the measurement and the ability of the employees to embrace organizational based practices (Lewis, 2017).
Conclusion
In conclusion, the success of a firm is dependent on its adherence to organizational behavior concepts. As such, RHCO-A have the potential through the managers to stir positive change.
