Advocacy is a type of change that raises knowledge of the penalties that juveniles will face if they are discovered engaging in activities that are out of step with society's norms. The young people are required to take part in social and political activities. With such involvement, they will gain better skills that will deal with improving the available civil and political well-being of the juveniles (Elsea, 2015). The juveniles also need to have better skills of practice and collaboration. They will be in a position to practice the skills that they have to improve the general status of the society. The collaboration will lead to better and positive implications that will change the behaviors of the juveniles to turn from the negative activities.

Research on Rehabilitation, Punishment, and Recidivism

The research is of addressing rehabilitation, punishment and recidivism are of major importance to public policy and administration. The research will help in finding out the best standards and practices that will improve the level of rehabilitation and punishment to the male juveniles to reduce the rate of reoccurrence (Moon et al. 2010). At the end of undertaking the research process, this anticipated research will lead social changes. The society represented with the male juveniles of ages 13 -16 years will be of high discipline and act as role models to others. The juveniles will also change their actions that may lead them to cases of rehabilitation and punishments such as drug abuse. The community will, therefore, benefit more from the research as criminal cases will decrease. Improved collaboration will result in high productivity.

Target Group and Research-based Solutions

The area of interest may lead to different ways that lead to research-based solutions. The research already has a target group that the researcher will use to collect the required information for bringing a change in the common setup. By the way, of having a defined target group, the research will ultimately lead to a research-based solution intending to modify the present conditions of the society wit juveniles.

Results and Impact

The results of the investigation will be of great help in bringing out specific decisions that harm specific decisions made by the magistrates concerning the minors and the kind of punishment to refrain them from the wrongful behaviors (Piquero et al. 2010). The research will bring about the procedures and processes that the juveniles can handle and at the sometimes change their behaviors towards the positive. Moreover, it will illustrate on the various means that the juveniles can use of avoiding normal activities that lead them to law breaking. Additionally, the research will offer best practices that if the juvenile adheres to them, they will be in a position to avoid the cases of wrongdoing in the society(Moon et al. 2010). The research will also offer the juveniles with the alternatives where they can spend their leisure time instead of indulging in activities that lead to rehabilitation and punishment. Therefore, the results of the study will not only be relevant for the juveniles but also for policy makers and administrators dealing with juvenile cases.
