Also, financial software that will track and keep financial information of the office up to date and also ensure a good accounting practice is necessary for this office. It will make loss or embezzlement of funds difficult. Teleconferencing software is the other significant software that they need to have (Pérez-López and Alegre, 2012). It will help the firm to communicate with their partners and other stakeholders who are far away and cannot be reached easily.
