My name is Hudson Lukas a student at Laurier undertaking an undergraduate degree in Community Engagement & Service under Ms. Amanda. Currently, I am in the final year of my education. I applied for community service learning at your organization for the position of Liaison Officer. I received a letter from your organization on 15th May 2018 confirming the placement as a Liaison Officer. I am grateful for the opportunity offered to me by your organization. I hope to gain the needed experience that will help me in my career. I signed up for the placement on 16th May 2018 and I look forward to starting this new journey.
In the immediate future I look forward to having an initial meeting with your team any day. The meeting will be helpful to meet to be able to understand some of the team that I will be a member. Understanding the culture as well as the different projects that would be undertaken during my time with the organization will also be helpful. The meeting will also offer me the opportunity to understand the various responsibilities that I am required to accomplish during my service learning at the organization.
