Research is an essential part of the educational process because it has a significant influence on current medical knowledge and practice. Generally speaking, the goal of research is to create new knowledge or to confirm previously discovered knowledge that has taken the shape of a theory. Nowadays, an entry-level nurse's traditional duty of conducting study has changed. Many nurses are involved in the administration of healthcare or in providing direct patient treatment.
Research aids nurses in developing a strong body of proof and enhancing their procedures. It aids in the medical professionals' improvement of their understanding of the healthcare problem. By hypothesis, theorizing, evidence collection, and hands-on experience, nurses are able to offer standards care for the patients and their families (Kirkevold, 2017).
Research has helped in reducing the deaths and child mortality. Through researches, nurses share new knowledge that supports evidence-based patients. Most of their policies and decision are based on the factual finding, not trial and error thus gives a high percentage of patients’ recovery.

The policy decisions made are meant to provide a positive outcome for the patients. Research gives the medical experts adequate information on the best tools and methods to apply in the various situations. With adequate and relevant medical tool, the quality care of patients improves at a significant rate. Tools account to a high percentage in the hospital. Modern and improvised tools enhance the service and treatment offered in the hospitals. It also updates the nurses on new information concerning the practice.
Evidence-based patients give room for the researchers to share their knowledge with professional opinion leaders and healthcare organizations. Through this, information is widely shared and disseminated to a large mass. The feedback collected is used to improvise the idea putting it into practice. This idea sharing and involving the society has helped in mobilizing people to adapt to new systems.

Collaboration –evidence-based patients' mentors assist the nurses and clinic professional in learning and developing skills that are later implemented in improving medical care. Group cohesion-Efficiency, sense of belonging and morale are indicators of group cohesion. When carrying out a medical research the nurses should be willing to participate wholly in the program. Having a feeling of belonging gives them the zeal to participate and share knowledge so as to improve and save lives of patients (Hjälmhult, 2016).
Job satisfaction-The success of every research is based on the satisfaction in the field of work, payments, autonomy, organization policies and the professional status. Once the nurses are satisfied in the job they do they tend to take part in researchers, gather more knowledge and improve expertise in their fields. Evidence-based practice requires a lot of commitment and patient due to the factors attached to it.
Implementation Behavior is the strategy that oversees putting the research into action. The success of the evidenced-based nursing practice is measured by productivity. The application of the research in the field to treat patients shows the achievements achieved.

Research-Evidence-based practice is fully a matter of carrying out research. Nurses and other professionals need to carry out intensive investigation and information gathering to improve the quality of medical offered. Research involves idea gathering, getting new skills and coming up with new tools like machines.

Clinical experts measure the productivity of the evidence-based practice by the condition of the patients. Patients are the beneficiaries of an evidence-based practice: The patient is a key component to the research and implementation. Patients are involved in the implementation of new medical practices. Their views and beliefs are put into consideration during the process.
