Cultural diversity involves people from various backgrounds, nationality, ethnicity gender and religion coming together. The world and the personal needs are changing with diversity playing a key part in the devolving communities, localities, and institutions. In the recent past, diversity in America has flourished and has also become a bacterium especially in the learning institutions. Some factors have limited the heterogeneity and thus causing stereotypes, mistrust, and discrimination of the blacks in institutions of higher learning. It is worth noting that bullying has taken shape in institutions, with individuals from the black race being the victims of the showdown. The whites are better placed in the academic map, with their projects and proposals being highly considered unlike the case for the people of color who pass through the same system and tutors, yet their proposals remaining unutilized. The equal treatment as used at the national level may be implemented, though the fruits of the same remain a mystery.


Background and justification


            Ladson-Billings " Tate (2016) explore the intellectual products of the New Race Group of the Legal Studies through the critical race theory commonly referred to as the CRT movement. Initially, the theoretical movement sought to expand to include the diverse scholars within the field of humanities, social science and education and the researchers presented in the American Educational Research Association (EARA). The study, however, highlights the disparity between the diverse ethnicities within the United States, where the CRT educational scholarship favored the whites unlike the people of a color. The discussion highlights on some of the findings from the research and the remedies for understanding the dynamics of the challenge.

Methodology


The study will have 100 participants who will be learners in higher education. The population will have 40 % whites, which translates to 40 learners and 60 % blacks, who make up 60 learners, in the university environment. The learners will undergo the normal school routine for six weeks, and the tutors will expose them to a test. The test will help to collect the information on the performance of the individual learners in the process.


            The study will use questionnaires issued to the learners and the tutor to collect the information. Moreover, the researchers will use observation method to draw note the character and interaction of the learners, as well as the mode of study.


Conclusion


The expected outcome will show that the level of success for the white learners will be higher than the success level of the blacks. The outcome will be as a result of the combination of several factors. The hypothesis is expected to support the study and test positive. The study would best be used to the Department of education, the sports and culture department concerned with diversity and cultural integration. The findings would also interest the learners themselves to help in correcting such an occurrence. Some of the limitations of the study include time duration for gathering the findings, location for carrying out the research as well as the financial constraint since the study is expensive to conduct.
