The Affordable Care Act offers the best resource for illustrations with regard to the advantage of a national policy. It is the state of being uncertain towards the people of America. Numerous advantages of the Affordable Care Act exist such as being able to deliver a positive outcome, as more people will have access to insurance services in the of medical emergencies (Anderson, 2014). Also Obama care is a good resource as well as Affordable Care Act which have similarities that provide insurance for people. The pro is that Obama care protects to ensure that people won’t be withdrawal from coverage even though one makes errors on their applications; also anyone cannot be denied from coverage.

Obama care, as an example, has difficulties to acquire and is therefore very uneasy to get because if required numerous qualifications. If one does not have insurance, how would they pay for their medical bills of even afford them? It is difficult because most people can afford it. Some people want premiums but are expensive and that is the downside of it. In addition, the taxpayers’ money is used to provide funding for those needing the advantages of the Affordable Care Act (Anderson, 2014).

Alternative means should be sought that allow people paying for health insurance to use different methods instead of paying through taxes, and having people that work being charged by deducting from their paychecks. In case of an emergency, they should provide an emergency back up so the doctors would not have to refund it. Better ways should be evaluated to provide insurance to all citizens through a keen restructuring of the Affordable Care Act.

To deal with the verbiage of the Affordable Act, people would have an unbiased opinion look at the laws and be sure there is nothing that can be adapted with or no questions to be constructed on the verbiage of the law to have a formal promised that nothing can make altercations to (Herrick, 2014). Provisions should be made and acts enforced that prevent companies from terminating the contracts of employees
in the act that states that businesses can no longer terminate employees due to exceeding the number of employees that require insurance covers.
