General Purpose: To inform fellow students of the achievements of President Barack Hussein Obama and persuade them to honor him.
Specific Purpose: To inform my classmates of the background, achievements, character and the personality behind the individual in possession of the name Barack Hussein Obama.
Thesis Statement: President Barack Hussein Obama had numerous achievements, but he is mostly associated with the Affordable Care Act, the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize and an end to the Great Recession.
Introduction: President Obama was one of the most celebrated leaders during his tenure which came to an end on July 2007. It was through his efforts that today, the unemployment rates have decreased from the initial 10% to the current 4.7%. Also, his hard work, brevity, endurance, and focus strengthened cooperation between people and international relations.

President Obama was one of the most regarded politicians and leaders during his time and ought to be recognized for the same. Also, he serves as a role model a vast majority of the people endeavor to be leaders in their near future. The reason being that they are inspired by the great character that President Obama portrayed.
