Following weird events that have been happening in Yishun which is a small estate in Singapore, the group decided to come up with a community event. The event is meant to stop the fear of residents residing in this estate and thus making the area a new place. However, the group cannot do this alone, and therefore some stakeholders must chip in to make the event successful. Due to the sequence of incidence that has been happening the team might as well find it hard to convince the community that indeed Yishun is changing to be a better place and therefore there is a need for media relation. Therefore, with all that in place the team decided to bring back Yishun to a better place.
Event
Yishun is an estate in Singapore. It has been associated with various unexpected incidence. For instance, there are these two women who bordered an uber for a promotional price of $0.20. The uber was to transfer them from Yishun ring road to Blk which is a small distance away. To their dismay, upon arrival, the driver asked them to pay $6.20 as that was the money he claimed to have been displayed on his UBER application. When they refused and failed to reach UBER to resolved their technical problem, the driver then drove them 20km to a police station and dumped all their belongings and walked off. Another incidence occurs when a total of seven vehicles involved in two separate collisions at the same spot which happened within fifteen minutes. The first incident that occurs was a collision between a TransCab taxi, motorcycle and a car while the other included three luxurious taxis and a BMW car. However, both the accidents were not fatal. Finally, a man was spotted playing with his genitals when the train that he was on nears its arrival station which is Yishun MRT station.
Media Involvement
Just as mentioned before stakeholders must be involved in this project to be a success. The stakeholders are the people who can impact the project in any way. Therefore, the team decided to meet some stakeholders to get a clinch on where to start from. Through doing this, the team gets to understand the do's and the don'ts so as not to interfere with anyone. Meanwhile, with all that in place the team still has a lot to do to convince the community that Yishun will be a new place to be. To ensure all these the teams partnered with media. Media is a convincing tool which can reach a mass of the individual. Through using media, the residents are convinced that indeed the rebirth of the area is not a scam. The media can publish the event in the newspaper while others can listen to it through other media devices for instance radio, TV among others. Still, on the same, the event memorabilia are then distributed to them as a reminder of the event. They can be freebies that are given for free or even for sale to remind the community of the event.
Post Event Evaluation, Impact and Outcome.
Finally, after the event, an evaluation is performed to see whether the event was a success and the respondent of the community at the event. The team conducted a survey as well as distributing some questionnaires, and these were the outcomes; the community indeed was touched by the generosity of the group to assure them of the rebirth of Yishun. They also promised to be cautious in everything they do.

8 A.M - 9:30 A.M: Opening the event with a word of prayer
9:30 A.M-11A.M: Familiarize with the area including socializing with the stakeholders
11 A.M - 12:30 P.M: Engaging with the media to cover up the event as well as assuring the public that Yishun is a new place.
12:30 P.M - 14:00 P.M: Allowing the stakeholders to speak to the community
14:00 P.M - 15:30 P.M: Distribution of the questionnaires as well as performing a survey
15:30 P.M - 16:00 P.M: a vote of thanks from the team members stakeholders and some individuals
16:00 P.M: closing prayers.
