This is a course that ranks pupils based on their abilities to think and write. This art is created by combining one's ability to think and blend one's thoughts with other things that are highly valued in the community. Writing intensively requires numerous talents that expand an individual's mental capacity. The ability of a pupil to assimilate the topics he is concentrating on determines the ranking of the classification of students.
This is the stage at which all of the concepts are organized, accepted, and funded. In this project, I would ensure that the tasks that are to be performed are well allocated. The person who would take care of the programs are assigned the duties and advised on how to go through them.
Also, the mode of communication has to be considered. I would look for the most efficient method of channeling information. This will enable the organization to find out suitable means of linking with other agencies which have the same idea. Also, communication helps organizations to develop since they discuss various issues that may hinder the development of the team.
I would also ensure that the industry personnel have a common goal to be achieved. This will bring about a significant understanding of the concepts that are brought on board. Also, it will ensure that all the workers can speak in a manner that they get to understand one another in the field. The activities of the project have to be correlated to one another. In this method, the personnel can link one task to another. This results in the easier tackling of jobs.
The skills acquired in the intensive writing programs can also be used by software programmers, quality assurance technicians, and even the computer support specialists. The personnel working as computer programmers change the project specifications, addresses the concept statements, and procedures into codes that the computer can read. Thus, they easily come up with other programs that they store data, and they can easily retrieve it when required.
In cases of new programmers who want to come up with new projects, they have to realize the problems that they will face as his they strive to attain their goals. They need to learn about the compatibility of various machineries that are desired to be used in the organization. They also have to know how to operate multiple technical issues that arise. Also, they need to be guided by the availability of the software that is used in various machineries. This is the case of efficiency. When the software used in the organization is easily available, the body finds it easier for them to replace different machinery when it has spoilt.
Analysis phase
It is used to come up with the issues that may face the organization and how they can be solved. The requirement elicitation techniques are usually used for these cases. There are two forms of these methods:
1. Qualitative elicitation techniques- these are used to obtain as much data as possible, and they vary in reality considering the problem that is being solved.
2. The quantitative elicitation techniques. These are employed when more information is required considering the problem being solved. It is mostly dependent on the volume of the data that is being processed and the frequencies of the orders.
During the engineering procedure, the step taken first is the requirement elicitation. It is majorly used to bring out a clear understanding of the issues that are facing the program. The data obtained is then taken into consideration and analyzed, and clear results are given out. From the results, the information is preserved and used for reference to the existence of the company.
The requirement elicit is broadly human intensive. The stakeholders are involved in the analyzing of the data that is obtained. From the elicitation techniques used, the quantitative elicitation techniques seem to be much less efficient. Much information can be collected but the data obtained is not essential to the topic discussed. For this matter, it is difficult to come up with the right methodology of performing tasks within the institution. Also, the personnel may not be in the position of learning from the little data obtained using this technique.
In most intensive discussions, the data flow diagrams are used to bring about the correlations between different programs of a system. They are crucial in creating the high-level system details by depicting how the input data can be used to bring out clear output results that are well analyzed and organized. There are four major components of the flow diagrams that are crucial for its functionality: processes, data stores, entities, and data flows. These are used as the guidelines to ensure that the big detailed guidelines are taken into consideration, and the most appropriate results are obtained. However, flow diagrams also contain some parts which are not understood. In this cases, some systems may become ambiguous in translating and reading, and also they may be time wasting. In these cases, the data flow becomes confusing. Thus the data flow tables are not of sense to be employed.
New students employing the use of DVDs technique to present their data should be keen and careful about how they handle their information. This will avoid the confusion which may result in irrelevant settings. They have to understand the process of study then come up with crucial projects. The setup should be laid in a way that it contains the external entities which are the ones that send and receive the information, processors which transform the data into the machinery language, then the data flow and finally it is stored as the results of the process.
Entity analysis diagrams are also employed to depict the flow of information for a given process. This is a course where the analysis of systems is done from the bottom upwards. It defines the data and processes into objects. It employs the use of various sets of flow diagrams so that it depicts the functionality of multiple systems. For each design that is agreed to be used, it should provide quality output. This will ensure that the products are highly marketable.
