Inclusion of Various Personalities in the Foster Care Coalition
In the course of building a coalition to cater for children in a foster care, I will bring together the personalities such as: head of security personnel, a financial expert, children's rights advocate, a religious leader and a representative of the community in which I intend to establish the project. Also, I will incorporate youth groups and artists in the region in which I intend to establish the foster care project. According to Saxena (2014), bringing together individuals with different backgrounds is an important strategy for enhancing success of a given program. Notably, inclusivity is beneficial because it helps in bringing people with different perception together hence aid in a proper solution of challenges that arise from the program.
Roles of Different Personalities in the Foster Care Coalition
I have included a financial expert to help in evaluation of expenses that will arise from the project and offer advice on effective ways of minimizing costs. On the other hand, head of security personnel has critical skills on the social risks in the community and hence will be important in advising on proper approaches for curbing security issues that can arise from project. An advocate of children's rights has essential knowledge about legal matters that relate to kids and hence will be vital in providing guidance on the federal policies and local rules that concerns management of children foster care centers. In the course establishing and managing a foster care unit, religious leaders will provide spiritual guidance to the children and other stakeholders. Also, I will incorporate youth groups, artists and a community representative because they will provide moral support to the children. Although I will bring together various groups of people in the children's foster care program, the stakeholders will be security personnel, a religious leader, community representative and children's rights advocate.
