There are ideally no limits within the province of the mind as to what one can achieve if they set their heart towards accomplishing it. However, sometimes we find ourselves confined within the boundaries of our creation which we must transcend if we are to initiate and sustain desired behavior changes. Starting and maintaining positive behavior modification is a daunting enterprise, albeit a crucial one. One such good aspect that I am keen on executing is studying more often in college. While this may seem like a plain sailing target, it indeed demands a strong will to become more committed to your course and motivated to be taught while overcoming procrastination and bridling the acceptance of the status quo.
The need to learn hard is easily perceived and understood, certainly making the whole idea be regarded as if it is just a hackneyed phrase. Nevertheless, the process of starting up such a beneficial alteration is deep-rooted in reasonable thinking about the necessity to be educated at school which offers the basis for self-motivation that can sustain a long-lasting conduct advancement. Therefore, besides using affirmations to convince myself that I can succeed at the institution and achieve my goals, lately, I plan ahead to allow more efforts for assignments and exam revision to give myself enough time to study instead of waiting to thrive on the last-minute cramming. I have also made a self-initiative of checking my notes every day after school guided by my schedule and the targets I have outlined in each study agenda. These and other healthy learning habits that I wish to continue to execute will indeed help me succeed academically.
