I love my family and being an active member of my community. I have a young son at the age of 4 whom I feel incredibly connected to. My family is my priority, and I always dedicate my time to look after the family (Cowley " Belton, 2017). Each day, I work hard towards achieving my goals as I want the best for my family. Anytime horrible things happen, I feel like I have failed as a parent. This is because I cannot deny the fact that my family is the important thing I love and care about in my life. Besides, I love being an active member of my community. There are several challenges which the community faces, therefore, as an active member I always participate in finding solutions to our problems. Besides, being an active member of the society gives me a sense of belonging to a people. That is the very reason I do not miss any community events concerning the welfare of our community.
My love for my family, young son, as well as for the community has shaped me in various ways. I have realized that there is a need for dedication in whatever I do (Warnick, 2017). I dedicate my life to my family through hard work and providing the necessities. Also, it has made me realized that the love for anything comes with responsibilities. I am always responsible for any fortunate or unfortunate thing that happens to my family. Similarly, as an active community member, I am responsible for contributing to the safekeeping of our community by remaining vigilant. Love, therefore, shapes my dedication, attention, and the responsibilities of my endeavor’s.
